Know your Breasts

The human body is the best work of art. – Jess C. Scott

It sure is. Every human body is so much different from the other. You can stare at it for hours in awe, feeling like there is so much more to explore and we know so little. One such fascinating part of the body is our breasts. Men, women, alike are fascinated by these lactating globes of fat tissues. Men have them too, but their breasts, more or less, are useless.

When a girl hits the puberty, the primary thing that she looks up for is bigger bosom.  In this blog, I am going to explore these wonderful elements that are enhancing the beauty of the overall artwork.

Let’s start with the basics

Remember seeing something like this in your biology textbook? In technical terms, they are called the mammary glands which are a characteristic feature in all the mammals, in both male and female. However, in males, the mammary glands are rudimentary.
The main function of our breasts is lactation. For that, the breasts have alveoli, which are like a hollow cavity lined with milk-secreting cells. Multiple alveoli join together to form a lobule. These lobules have a passage connected to the nipples through which the milk produced passes.

Human body is always changing and so are your breasts

From pre-birth to post-menopause, the breasts are always undergoing some change or other, just like your body. There are four main hormones that govern these changes- Estrogen, Progesterone, Prolactin, and Oxytocin.
With the onset of puberty, ovaries start releasing Estrogen and progesterone which collectively regulate the breast development. Along with the several changes that your body undergoes, your flat chest starts becoming fuller. When you are menstruating, the breasts may feel tender or swollen.
During pregnancy, Prolactin and oxytocin come into the play. They prepare the breasts for lactation.
Firm breasts and fuller chests are associated with youth and adulthood. And as you approach the old age, they start sagging. Post-menopause, the estrogen levels decreases which make the mammary glands smaller and this result in sagging breasts.

Love them or hate them, but you can’t ignore them

Women’s bosoms are associated with their femininity. The breasts are not just small or big. In fact, there are actually seven types of breasts, namely, round, teardrop, slender, asymmetric, bell shape, east-west and side set. Each type of breast needs a different kind of bra, in order to provide them with the best support.

Most of the women feel that their breasts are not equal in size. One of the breasts is larger or smaller than the other, and it is extremely common.
The “ideal” size of breasts varies from culture to culture. In some cultures, women with fuller breasts are considered more attractive than those having relatively smaller breasts. Whereas, in other societies, the reverse is true.
There are various ways like breast augmentation, breast enhancement, breast enlargement creams, and pills, to give you your desired breast size and shape. In a follow-up to this discussion, we will next talk about what each of these methods are and how each one is different from the other.

  1. Natural breast enlargement cream in india works by specifically stimulating female development hormone, Estrogen. The proper secretion of estrogen decides the right development of the body.
